RETURNS:
Necklaces are photographed individually and you will receive the piece pictured. Natural stones and paint finishes may have small marks or inclusions. All sales are considered final. Please get in touch if you are not happy with your piece. Returns will be accepted if the product is faulty but not for change of mind.
ALTERATIONS:
Necklaces are sold as they are pictured. Extension chains can be added at no extra cost (if not already on the necklace), please leave a note in your order if you need them added. If you need an adjustment made to the necklace please get in touch. Alterations to the length or design may incur an alteration fee. Custom made is available.
SHIPPING:
Shipping is only charged once. Multiple items can be shipped together for one price. Shipping is only available within New Zealand. Delivery is by standard post and may take 5-10 days to be delivered.
